Anatolkin LLC ("ARP," "we," "us," or "our") operates the ARP platform (the "Platform"), a SaaS solution designed for restaurant owners. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information, including personal data, in connection with your access to and use of the ARP Platform and services.
By accessing or using the ARP Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Platform.

* Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, restaurant name, restaurant address, phone number, and payment information (for paid plans).

* Content You Create: Information you input into the Platform, including menu items, descriptions, prices, images, nutritional information, allergen data, customer data (CRM), marketing content, and website content.
* Communications: Records of your communications with us, including customer support inquiries, feedback, and survey responses.
* Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) collect and process your payment card details. We do not directly store your full payment card information.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
* Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the Platform, such as the features you use, the pages you visit, the time, frequency, and duration of your activities, and referring/exit pages.
* Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Platform, including IP address, operating system, browser type, device identifiers, and mobile network information.
* Log Data: Our servers automatically record information ("log data") created by your use of the Platform. This data may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device information (including device and application IDs), search terms, and cookie information.

When HeyCatch Analytics is enabled on arp.top and analytics consent is accepted, related storage and network requests may be sent to in.heycatch.ai.

* To Provide and Maintain the Platform: To operate, maintain, and improve the ARP Platform and its features, including menu management, online ordering, CMS, CRM, and integrations.

* HeyCatch Analytics (in.heycatch.ai): When enabled on the ARP.top marketing site and after analytics consent is accepted, we use HeyCatch to process platform marketing pageviews, clicks, and product events. HeyCatch is not applied to tenant storefronts.
* Third-Party Integrations: If you choose to integrate your ARP account with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, delivery platforms, POS systems, advertising networks), we will share data necessary for the integration to function, as authorized by you. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
* Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
* Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent fraud, act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Platform or the public, or protect against legal liability.

* AI Providers: When you utilize AI-powered features, certain data (e.g., text prompts, image requests) may be shared with third-party AI service providers to generate the requested content.

* ARP is NOT responsible for any outages, failures, data loss, or service degradation of these third-party services.
* ARP does NOT guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party integrations.
* Users acknowledge that third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you integrate with or use in conjunction with the ARP Platform.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Platform uses AI to generate menu descriptions, dish images, nutrition information, allergen data, and other content.
* ALL AI-generated content is for REFERENCE ONLY and should not be relied upon as legal, medical, nutritional, or professional advice.
* Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.
* ARP makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The ARP Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.
10. International Data Transfers
The ARP Platform is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and central database are located. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

ARP reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at ANY TIME, at its SOLE DISCRETION, WITHOUT prior notice. We will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.
